About

Systems thinker.
Human first.

I'm a strategy and operations leader with a background in design — which means I know what it actually takes to do the work, and I build systems that serve the people doing it. Not systems that serve the systems.

My career has been one long exercise in finding the messy middle — the work that isn't quite design, isn't quite program management, but makes both possible. I've done it at Mayo Clinic, REI, and Microsoft.

I live in the Pacific Northwest, which means I think about systems the way forests do: resilient, interconnected, and unhurried about proving themselves. When I'm not untangling enterprise knots at Mayo Clinic, I'm building a SaaS platform for Jewish congregations — because operational pain points don't stop at the office door.

AI is woven into most of what I do now. Not as a thing I talk about, but as a thing I use — to build workflows, ship products faster, and help teams understand what's actually possible.
